Number of hospital infection that led to death is 1 in 7?
I’m guessing they’re referring to serious infection that requires re-hospitalization. I hope.
Regardless, I’d like to know why it’s 1 in 7 for us and 1 in 122 for Europe. The causes list below don’t quite explain the 18 fold increase.
But I bet these hospitals know what the causes are. They just don’t have the incentive to reduce the incidence.
So government should aggressively intervene and start shutting down hospitals.
