All of the big 3 PBMs have now reported their drug trend for 2010. How do they compare? [acknowledging that methodologies are different]
- CVS Caremark = 2.4% (0.8% without specialty)
- Express Scripts = 3.6% (1.4% without specialty)
- Medco = 3.7% (1.1% without specialty)
